PA Thespians wants to recognize troupes that go above and beyond to support quality high school theatre programs in their schools!   We encourage all troupes to submit an Honor Troupe Application  and a digital presentation with photos of their troupe activities throughout the past year.

 

Troupe directors and their students can use this worksheet  to gather information and plan their applications.   All events, activities and performances that took place in the 2025-26 school year (following the International Thespian Festival - July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026).  Honor Troupe Application submissions will close October 31, 2026. 

The Pennsylvania Thespian Honor Troupe Recognition Program recognizes those troupes that achieve a high level of excellence both on stage and off. There is no limit on the number of troupes that can be recognized each year and no cost to participate. **Schools do not need to attend the conference to participate. A certificate will be presented to each qualifying school at the PA Thespian State Conference or mailed to the school address if not attending.
