Pennsylvania Thespians is happy to welcome back to State Conference the PARADE of BANNERS!   Each school is invited to bring their school's ITS Troupe Banner to Altoona to be displayed in a shared space on campus.   

 

During the Opening Ceremony, two students will participate in the "parade" showcasing your banner down the aisles of the auditorium and then up on the stage.

If you have a traditional banner that has been passed down throughout the years, feel free to bring it! If you are starting from scratch and making a banner new this year, please try to keep the banner 36 inches wide, and ideally 48 inches long, so we can fit them all in our space.   Please do not bring a banner that is longer than 6 feet- it will not fit in our space and part of it may be convered up.

The design of your banner is up to you.  You should have your School Name and Troupe # on it, and any images that you think represent your troupe.  Simple is better for viewing. Banners are traditionally fabric with grommets at the top for easy hanging.
