23-24 PA Thespian Conference -
STAGES OF THE AGES, JOURNEY TO THE PAST November 30 - Dec 2nd at North Penn HS |

Thursday, November 30th - we will start in the evening with the Conference opening and a main stage show at North Penn High School
Friday, December 1st - in the morning, we will start at Springfield Township HS with One Acts. Troupes have a break to get lunch on their own and to travel to North Penn HS. In the early afternoon the conference will resume in the North Penn auditorium.
Saturday, December 2nd will be a full day at North Penn ending around 10:30pm.
Students must be inducted thespians to participate in Thespys, but they do not need to attend Conference to submit a Thespy.
Students must be inducted thespians and attend conference to participate in:
- Sr Scholarship
- Jr College Showcase
- Improv Pairs

Thespys info applications - Nov 1st (directors must submit for their students)
Thespy Judging application - Nov 1st
Affidavit of Royalty Proof - Nov 4th (if you are presenting a One Act or Main Stage)
Student State Board (STO) applications - Nov 4th (students complete)
Sr Scholarship Award applications - Nov 4th (students complete)
Junior College Showcase applications - Nov 4th (students complete)
Administrator's Award applications - Nov 4th
Honor Troupe applications - Nov 4th (some directors use this worksheet to help gather info before completing online form)
Thespy video submissions - Dec 31st (students complete)
Payments for conference - Nov 30th
Students will register and pay for Thespys, Sr Scholarships and Jr College Showcase themselves.
We need Thespy judges! Please consider helping with this.
Shuttles - PA Thespians ARE NOT arranging a local shuttle bus service. It is highly encouraged to have your own transportation for the entire conference. If you need to arrange local transportation, here are some companies...

It is the responsibility of the Troupe Director to register students (and adults) for the Conference.
If a Troupe Director cannot attend, an Acting Troupe Director can be named by the Troupe Director and confirmed by the School Principal via an official letter to the Chapter director. It is expected that the Acting Troupe Director will meet all the deadlines and assume all the responsibilities of the Troupe Director for participation prior to and during the Conference.

TRAK-1 BACKGROUND CHECK - ALL Adults (Workshop Presenters, College Reps, Chaperones & Troupe Directors - any non student) need to have a background check. You will receive an email with the application link after we process registrations. Please complete that form ASAP. This background check is being done for and paid for by PA Thespians. This is separate from whatever school districts may require for adults to participate as chaperones. Every non student will receive an email with the link for the application (everyone needs to be registered with a working email address.)
PA CONFERENCE CONSENT & HEALTH FORM - each delegate must fill out and have parents sign. Each delegate must carry a copy of it in their badge when at conference. Troupe Directors need to scan and send digital copies to the Chapter Director.
