TRAK-1 BACKGROUND CHECK - ALL Adults (Workshop Presenters, College Reps, Chaperones & Troupe Directors - any non student) need to have a background check. You will receive an email with the application link after we process registrations. Please complete that form ASAP. This background check is being done for and paid for by PA Thespians. This is separate from whatever school districts may require for adults to participate as chaperones. Every non student will receive an email with the link for the application (everyone needs to be registered with a working email address.)
PA CONFERENCE CONSENT & HEALTH FORM - each delegate must fill out and have parents sign. Each delegate must carry a copy of it in their badge when at conference. Troupe Directors will scan and send digital copies to the Chapter Director.
