Colleges, Universities and Businesses
The Pennsylvania State Thespian Conference is a 3 day Conference that draws over 1,000 Directors, Students and Chaperones. It will be held January 2-4, 2020 at York College of PA. Much of the conference is performance oriented with 5 full length main stage shows presented along with about a dozen One Act shows. Students also participate in Sr. Scholarships Auditions, Jr. College Auditions and Interviews, Tech Challenge, Workshop sessions and the EdTA Individual Event program in this packed 3 day event. The PA State Thespian conference is a student centered event.
We have a number of ways for you to be part of this great experience we provide for our Thespian students. Please see the link for ITEA (formerly IEs) Judging applications.
Colleges - There is a $25 table rental fee for Colleges and Universities (if you wish to have a display table - or you could bring your own) payable to PA Thespians. Electric will be a little sketchy and not guaranteed - please bring an extension cord if this is something you need. When you complete your individual registration, there is a question about whether you need a table or not. Just check that if you do, and we will have a table for you. (We will just get one for each school that asks, even if multiple people from the same institution check that box). Payment can be made when you arrive at conference, or sent ahead of time to:

If you have a group attending from you school or business, each person needs to register individually (see link below).
Vendors - there is no charge for you to attend. You can rent a table(s) ($50 each), payable to PA Thespians.

TRAK-1 BACKGROUND CHECK - ALL Adults (Workshop Presenters, College Reps, Chaperones & Troupe Directors - any non student) need to have a background check. You will receive an email with the application link after we process registrations. Please complete this form ASAP. This background check is being done for and paid for by PA Thespians. This is separate from whatever school districts may require for adults to participate as chaperones. Every non student will receive an email with the link for the application (- this is why everyone needs to be registered with a working email address.)
