Troupe Directors and Guests are responsible for making and paying for their own reservations (don't forget tax is applied even though you are a school). Bottom line - make your reservations asap.
We have attempted to contact several hotels in the Parkland area - but have received very little information in response. There are a multitude of hotels within a short drive of the host school. It was recommended that schools consider booking at a location to the west - locations to the east are near the mall and airport, which may be less ideal.
Ultimately, troupe directors will need to contact a hotel & inquire about their rates, if breakfast is included, and make their own reservations for the number of rooms needed for their troupe.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Allentown Cen-Dorneyville by IHG, 3620 Hamilton Blvd (610)437-9255. 7.4 miles from PHS. Has agreed to block off 20 rooms with 2 queen beds or 1 King + pullout couch at $129, including breakfast.
