HERE is the listing of the workshop sessions that were offered this year. THANK YOU to all of the presenters!
The 2025-26 PA ThesFest will be held on January 2nd - 4th at Parkland HS in Allentown, PA. We will have three 75-minute workshop sessions (Friday at 4:30pm, Saturday at 3:30 & 4:45pm). We are looking for in-person workshop presentations. PA Thespians will pay $350 to a presenter to do the same workshop three times.
Workshop submissions will be submitted via google form, and we will contact you within two weeks of the deadline to let you know if we are interested in/able to accommodate your workshop submission request. At that time, we will ask that you complete the individual registration process so that we can prepare name badges & send you information about Trak-1.
TRAK-1 BACKGROUND CHECK - ALL Adults (Workshop Presenters, College Reps, Chaperones & Troupe Directors - any non student) need to have a background check. You will receive an email with the application link if we select your workshop. Please complete that ASAP. This background check is being done for and paid for by PA Thespians. This is separate from whatever school districts or colleges may require for adults.
The workshops will mostly be presented in classrooms. If you have any workshop questions, please direct them to Andrea Roposh, Workshop Coordinator
PA Thespians will provide the following for guest artists:
1. possibly - Workshop equipment (projector and sound system)
2. Wifi connection in the workshop space.
Guest Artists are responsible for the following:
1. Transportation to/from the Conference.
2. Room and Board
2. Shipping costs of workshop materials.
3. Supplies that “make” your workshop run (i.e. make-up, mask supplies, etc.) We would like to avoid any paper handouts. Please consider distributing digital information if appropriate.
5. Laptops and any technical needs you may have.
Diversity matters to EdTA and PA Thespians as we strive to serve and meet the needs of our students.
