REGISTRATION for Virtual participation
Deadline to register for Virtual Conference is November 28th.
The PA State Thespian Conference is a 3 day event that takes place Dec 1 through Dec 3rd. The first day of the conference is virtual. We are offering troupes that are not able to participate with the full in person part of the conference to participate in just the virtual day. (Troupes that are registering for the full conference will automatically be included in the virtual day)
Registration will be $100 per troupe (no per person fee). Troupes participating in the virtual day will have access to prerecorded workshops, prerecorded shows and the virtual opening ceremonies and guest speaker. Most schools have their troupe join together in a classroom or the auditorium to watch the virtual opening ceremonies and workshops, but how that is structured is up to each individual troupe. (Virtual Conference registration does not include conference t-shirts or troupe and student participation in any programs that take place during the in person conference.)
The virtual opening will be a live zoom webinar at 3:30pm. The rest of the links for the workshops and shows will be available to each participating troupe director all day - Thursday, Dec 1st. It will be up to each individual troupe director to determine how they want to structure the day for their troupe to participate.
