TROUPE RATES & FEES
ThesFest Registration includes entrance to all ThesFest events, Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, & Sunday lunch. ThesFest fees are due no later than Dec 8th - payable to PA Thespians. ThesFest is a 3 day event. There are no discounts for not attending all 3 days.
THESFEST REGISTRATION FEES
- Thespians - $110
- Non Thespians - $125
- Directors and Chaperones - $50
- $20 per person late and/or change fee
OTHER FEES
- Thespys - $15 per person (paid for by students when they register in OpenWater)
- Sr Scholarships and Jr. College Showcase - $10 (paid for by students when they register in OpenWater)
- Tech Challenge team - $25 per team
- Improv Pairs - $20 per team
(Hat & Makeup challenge and Scenic Design challenge - no per team fees)
Transportation is the responsibility of each participating school.
Hotels for Friday and Saturday evenings are the responsibility of each participating school. (We will publish a list of hotels and any special rates they are offering.)
Please Note - PA Thespians may not have a nurse in attendance at ThesFest. Health concerns are the responsibility of each individual troupe director and the chaperones for that troupe.
