Colleges, Universities and VENDORS
register by December 15th please
The Pennsylvania State Thespian Conference will be a 3 day Virtual Conference held January 21st-23rd. We will have a Virtual Exhibit hall. To participate in our conference, you will navigate to a webpage, upload your college, university or business information (basic info, handouts, video, etc.) directly into our virtual platform and we will have it populated for you. You will also make your payments directly to the virtual platform.
We are suggesting that you have someone (or up to 5 people) available on Saturday 1/23 from 10am to 3:30 (eastern time) for students to be able to stop in and visit you. Our Platform will have a chat feature that each college and university can have their own 'room'. You can also have a 1 on 1 video chat option. If you want to schedule video chats, you will need some kind of scheduling program (calendly?) link. (You will load that link when you register). If you don't schedule visits, they will be 'first come/first serve' video chat visits. With your chat room, students will be able to post questions to you and you can reply.
When you register, you will be able to include up to 5 people from your organization (at no additional charge) who will be 'working your table' (although each school is just getting 1 chat room).
The exhibit hall will be open during the entire conference (Thursday, Jan 21st through Sun, Jan 24th) for all exhibitors. If you are a Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond sponsor you will have get access to our Sr. (12th graders) Scholarship entries (performance and tech) and our Jr. (11th graders) College Showcase (performance and tech). These applications (resumes and information) and video auditions/interviews will be to sent to you before the conference begins.

TRAK-1 BACKGROUND CHECK - Anyone in the exhibit hall who will be available to visit with students during the Saturday college visits will need to have a background check. We will run these through Trak-1 at no cost to you. You will receive an email with the application link after we process registrations. Please complete that form ASAP.
